GlowClean Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GlowClean, including the mobile application, premium subscription features, related websites, and associated services. By using GlowClean, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using GlowClean, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use GlowClean.

2. Eligibility

You may use GlowClean only if you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using GlowClean on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Description of Services

GlowClean provides tools and features that may include:

  • Photo and video cleanup flows for detecting clutter and reclaiming storage.
  • Photo organization and grouping experiences.
  • Private storage or vault-related functionality for sensitive content.
  • Premium paid features, subscription options, and in-app purchase functionality.

Features may change over time, and some services may be added, modified, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use GlowClean in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the app or related systems.
  • Use GlowClean to access, store, or process content you do not have the right to control.
  • Exploit bugs, abuse subscriptions, or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some GlowClean features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Pricing, trial availability, renewal timing, and billing terms may be displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s billing terms and policies.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription settings.
  • You are responsible for managing purchases, renewals, and cancellations through your Apple account.
  • Except where required by law or platform policy, fees are non-refundable.

6. Permissions and Device Access

GlowClean may request access to your photo library, notifications, and other limited device permissions to provide core functionality. If you do not grant requested permissions, some features may not work properly or may be unavailable.

7. Intellectual Property

GlowClean, including its software, interface design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of GlowClean or any associated intellectual property rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of GlowClean is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and shared. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

9. Disclaimers

GlowClean is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that GlowClean will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

You are responsible for reviewing content before deleting, moving, or otherwise managing files through GlowClean.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to GlowClean.

Our total liability for claims relating to GlowClean will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for GlowClean in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless a greater amount is required by applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GlowClean at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the services in an abusive, unlawful, or harmful manner.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify GlowClean or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction selected by us, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by mandatory local law.
