1. Summary
Glow Create is an AI creative photo app. You choose photos from your device and use AI Outfit, themed template photos, Creative Tools, local edits, enhancement, project history, and result export. Some features require cloud processing because the app sends selected person photos, template images, prompts, and optional local edit data to AI processing services or service providers.
The current app version does not require an account and does not include ads, third-party analytics SDKs, subscriptions, contacts access, location access, camera access, or microphone access.
2. Information We Process

3. Photo Library Access
Glow Create uses Apple's photo picker so you can choose images for AI generation and editing. The app requests permission to save generated or edited results back to your photo library when you use the save feature. If you decline a permission, the related feature may not work. You can change photo permissions in iOS Settings.
4. AI Generation and Cloud Processing
When you use AI Outfit, template photo generation, Creative Tools, AI suggestions, or AI editing features, the app may upload the selected user photo, selected template image, template metadata, prompt or preset instruction, and local edit mask or selection data needed for the request.
For AI Outfit and template photo generation, the app sends an identity image and a template image to the AI processing service. The service uses the template image as the primary composition and replaces the template person with the person from the identity image. This is necessary to generate a photo of the selected person in the chosen outfit, pose, background, or style.
The AI service may return temporary result links or generated image data, which the app downloads and displays. If you do not want a face photo, body photo, or other personal image to be uploaded to AI processing services, do not use AI generation, AI Outfit, template photo, AI suggestion, or AI editing features for that image.
5. On-Device Processing
Some feature checks, such as detecting whether an image appears to contain a person, may run on your device using Apple system frameworks. This helps the app decide whether a selected photo fits a feature before you submit an AI edit.
6. How We Use Information
- Provide AI photo creation, AI Outfit generation, template photo generation, Creative Tools, local editing, enhancement, save, and export features.
- Generate photos of the selected person using the selected template or prompt.
- Display before/after previews and generated results.
- Create and maintain local drafts, project history, generated versions, selected template metadata, and user preferences.
- Let you retry, restore, continue editing, rename, favorite, delete, or export projects.
- Respond to support requests and investigate technical issues.
- Maintain service reliability, safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
- Improve app quality using operational feedback and support information. The current app version does not include a third-party analytics SDK.
7. Storage and Retention
On your device
Project images, generated results, prompts, local selection data, selected template metadata, history records, and project metadata are stored in the app's local application storage. They remain there until you delete projects, delete the app, or iOS removes app data according to system behavior.
Cloud processing
Photos, template images, prompts, masks, generated results, result links, and technical request data processed by our servers or service providers may be retained for the limited time needed to provide the feature, operate the service, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. We aim to minimize retention of user image content for processing tasks, but temporary processing, caching, logging, or provider-side retention may occur as necessary to deliver the requested result and operate the service.
Support messages
If you email us, we may keep your email address and message content as long as needed to respond, manage the request, and maintain business records.
8. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Glow Create, including cloud hosting, AI image generation, image processing, security, abuse prevention, operational infrastructure, and website hosting providers. These providers may process selected photos, face/body images, template images, prompts, masks, generated results, result links, and technical request data only as needed to provide the requested feature or operate the service.
We do not currently sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections where required.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by Glow Create. Internet transmission and electronic storage involve risk, so please avoid submitting photos or prompts that you are not comfortable processing through an online AI service.
10. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries or regions different from where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing by our service providers.
11. Children
Glow Create is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will review the request.
12. Your Choices and Rights
- You can choose which photos to import and submit for AI processing.
- You can avoid using AI features for photos you do not want uploaded.
- You can delete local projects and history inside the app where the feature is available.
- You can change photo-library permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can delete the app to remove local app data from your device, subject to iOS behavior and backups.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or more information about data associated with your support request or cloud processing, where applicable law provides those rights.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, our processing practices change, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. If a material change affects how we process your information, we will provide notice in a reasonable way.
