1. Acceptance
By using Glow Clean, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
Glow Clean provides AI-assisted photo cleanup and retouching tools. Current features include selecting photos, applying preset or custom edit instructions, marking local edit areas, generating AI editing suggestions, saving project drafts and history on your device, exporting comparison images, and saving edited results to your photo library.
The app may rely on cloud processing for AI editing and image analysis. The app may resize or compress uploads to operate the feature.
3. Your Photos and Rights
You keep your rights in photos, prompts, masks, and other content you provide. You give Glow Clean the limited permission needed to process that content to provide the app features you request, such as uploading a selected image for AI processing and returning an edited result.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to edit and upload photos. This includes photos that contain other people, copyrighted material, private locations, or sensitive information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Glow Clean to:
- Break applicable law or violate another person's rights.
- Upload content that you do not have permission to use.
- Create deceptive, harassing, exploitative, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, service controls, or access restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, overload, or interfere with the app or related services.
- Submit images or prompts containing sensitive personal data unless you understand the processing described in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI Output
AI-generated edits can contain artifacts, inaccurate details, unwanted changes, or results that differ from your prompt. Review outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them. Glow Clean is a creative editing tool and is not intended for identity verification, legal, medical, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
6. Local Storage and Deletion
Glow Clean can store drafts, source images, edited images, prompts, local selection data, and project metadata on your device so that you can continue editing and view history. You can delete local projects where the app provides deletion controls, and you can delete the app to remove local app data subject to iOS behavior and backups.
7. Accounts and Payments
The current app version does not require account creation and does not include in-app subscriptions. If paid features, subscriptions, or account features are added later, the app will show relevant purchase or account terms before you use those features, and these Terms may be updated.
8. App Store and Third-Party Terms
If you download Glow Clean through Apple's App Store, Apple's terms and policies may also apply. Cloud hosting, AI processing, and operating-system providers may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
Glow Clean, the app design, software, branding, website, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Glow Clean software or branding to you.
You may use the app for personal or lawful business photo editing, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
10. Updates, Availability, and Support
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Glow Clean to maintain the service, improve functionality, address security issues, or comply with law. Some features depend on network access, Apple system services, and third-party infrastructure, so they may be unavailable at times.

11. Disclaimers
Glow Clean is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glow Clean and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or cost of substitute services arising from your use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited.
13. Termination
You may stop using Glow Clean at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to app-related services if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk for others, or may harm the service.
14. Governing Law
Unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the app operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it by contacting support@glowcleaner.cc.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes or when legal or operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Your continued use of Glow Clean after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
