1. Acceptance
By using Glow Create, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
Glow Create is an AI creative photo app. Current features include AI Outfit generation, themed photo templates, template photo generation, Creative Tools for portrait and local photo edits, photo enhancement, project history, result export, and saving generated or edited results to your photo library.
Some features require cloud AI processing. For AI Outfit and template photo generation, Glow Create may upload the user-selected person photo as an identity image and the selected template as a template image to an AI processing service. The AI service uses these inputs to generate a new photo that preserves the selected person's identity while applying the chosen template, outfit, pose, background, or style.
If you do not want a face photo, body photo, or other personal image to be uploaded to AI processing services, do not use AI generation, AI Outfit, template photo, AI suggestion, or AI editing features for that image.
3. Consent for AI Face and Person Photo Processing
Before using AI generation features, the app may ask you to confirm that you understand the processing. By choosing to continue, you acknowledge that:
- The photo you select may include your face, body, clothing, skin tone, hairstyle, pose, and other identity-related visual details.
- The selected photo may be uploaded to an AI model or AI processing service to generate a photo of you or the selected person.
- Template images, template IDs, prompts, and local selection data may also be sent when needed to generate the requested result.
- Generated results may be saved in local history so you can continue editing or view previous results.
Do not upload another person's photo unless you have the right and permission to use it for AI generation or editing.
4. Your Content and Permissions
You keep your rights in photos, prompts, masks, templates you choose, and other content you provide. You grant Glow Create the limited permission needed to process that content to provide the features you request. This includes preparing upload copies, sending required inputs to AI processing services, generating images, returning results, saving local drafts and history, and allowing you to export or save results.
You are responsible for making sure you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload, edit, generate, save, share, or publish content. This is especially important for photos containing faces, bodies, other people, copyrighted material, private locations, or sensitive information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Glow Create to:
- Break applicable law or violate another person's rights.
- Upload or generate content involving a person without appropriate permission.
- Create misleading, non-consensual, harassing, exploitative, sexual, hateful, violent, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent AI-generated images as authentic when doing so could deceive or harm others.
- Create content for identity verification, official documents, legal, medical, safety, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
- Upload content that you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, service controls, content controls, or access restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, overload, or interfere with the app or related services.
- Submit photos or prompts containing sensitive personal data unless you understand and accept the processing described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI Output
AI-generated photos and edits may contain artifacts, inaccurate details, unwanted changes, or results that differ from your prompt or selected template. Generated images may alter clothing, pose, background, facial details, hands, body shape, or other visual details.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before saving, publishing, sharing, or relying on them. Glow Create is a creative AI photo tool. It is not intended for identity verification, official records, legal evidence, medical use, safety decisions, or other high-stakes purposes.
7. Local Storage and Deletion
Glow Create may store drafts, original images or optimized copies, generated result images, prompts, local selection data, selected template metadata, project history, and project metadata on your device so you can continue editing and view history. You can delete local projects where the app provides deletion controls, and you can delete the app to remove local app data subject to iOS behavior and backups.
8. Cloud Processing and Service Providers
Some features depend on network access, cloud hosting, AI image generation providers, image processing providers, security services, and operating-system services. These providers may process selected photos, face/body images, template images, prompts, masks, generated results, result links, and technical request data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app may resize images or prepare optimized upload copies to operate the feature. Processing times, availability, output quality, and result links may vary.
9. Accounts and Payments
The current app version does not require account creation and does not include in-app subscriptions. If paid features, subscriptions, account features, advertising, analytics, or other material changes are added later, the app or website may show additional terms before you use those features, and these Terms may be updated.
10. App Store and Third-Party Terms
If you download Glow Create through Apple's App Store, Apple's terms and policies may also apply. Apple is not responsible for the app's AI generation results or for content that you upload, generate, save, or share through the app.
Third-party service providers may have their own terms or policies that apply to their services. See the Privacy Policy for more information about data processing.
11. Intellectual Property
Glow Create, the app design, software, branding, website, templates, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Glow Create software, branding, or service materials to you.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the app for personal or lawful business creative photo editing and generation.
12. User Responsibility for Generated Content
You are responsible for how you use generated images and edited results. Before sharing or publishing AI-generated images, consider whether you need consent from people shown in the image, whether disclosure is appropriate, and whether the content could mislead, harm, or violate rights.
You agree that you will not use Glow Create to create or distribute content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or another person's rights.
13. Updates, Availability, and Support
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Glow Create to maintain the service, improve functionality, address security issues, control abuse, or comply with law. Some features depend on network access, Apple system services, and third-party infrastructure, so they may be unavailable at times.

14. Disclaimers
Glow Create is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and output quality. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Glow Create and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, reputational harm, content misuse, or cost of substitute services arising from your use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited.
16. Termination
You may stop using Glow Create at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or refuse access to app-related services if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk for others, may harm the service, or may violate law.
17. Governing Law
Unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the app operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it by contacting support@glowcleaner.cc.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app changes, our service practices change, or legal or operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Your continued use of Glow Create after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
